Approach

Hi, I’m Hilary Foreman (They/She).

My approach weaves together mindfulness, self-compassion, and somatic practices, including Brainspotting, in a way that is relational, collaborative, and paced by you. Together we gently explore what is happening in your body, your breath, and your emotional experience. Present-moment awareness becomes a guide, illuminating your needs, your beliefs, and the patterns that have shaped you. Rather than pushing for change, we listen for what is ready to unfold.

Our work together is trauma-informed and client-centered, honoring the pace your body and emotions can hold. We move side by side as you learn to meet difficult experiences with tenderness, relate to anxiety in new ways, and reconnect with parts of yourself that long for ease, belonging, and peace.

I welcome people of all identities and lived experiences. This is an LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergence-friendly, culturally responsive practice.

Services

    Trauma Therapy

Trauma doesn't always arrive as a single dramatic event. Sometimes it lives quietly in the body as anxiety, numbness, hypervigilance, or difficulty trusting yourself and others. Using Brainspotting and somatic approaches, we work gently to help your nervous system find its way back to safety.
