About

About Therapy

How we grow and heal:

  • Through connection and belonging: Noticing how relationships, past and present, shape how we feel in our bodies and minds

  • Through mindful, compassionate awareness: Exploring how anxiety, grief, and life transitions show up in thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations

  • In spaces of authenticity and curiosity: Where you can listen deeply to yourself and your body, and find safety to process, soften, and move forward

My approach is:

  • Calm, grounding, and relational

  • Integrative, weaving self-compassion, mindfulness, and somatic practices

  • LGBTQIA+ affirming

  • Neurodivergence-friendly

  • Culturally sensitive

  • Trauma-informed

I provide therapy services as a professional counselor associate (#R11098) under the supervision of Dr. Jessica Thomas, PhD, LMFT.

There comes a point in life when the ways we have been moving through the world no longer serve us. Sometimes it arrives quietly, other times it crashes in. Either way, it is an invitation to pause, listen, and choose what comes next.

I see therapy as that kind of pause. A place to slow down enough to notice what is happening in your mind, heart, and body. A space to care for the parts of you that have been carrying too much and to open to curiosity, compassion, and possibility.

I draw inspiration and grounding from creative and sensory experiences. I love swimming, shaping clay in pottery, baking, yoga, reading, and exploring projects that let the imagination roam.

In our work together, I will invite you to notice your present experience, meet yourself with kindness, and explore what becomes possible when self compassion and curiosity take the lead. Together we can find steadiness in anxiety, space in grief, and clarity in life transitions.
