Are you struggling with grief?

When loss enters your life, it can feel like the ground beneath you has shifted. You may be…

  • Feeling waves of sadness, anger, or numbness that catch you off guard

  • Struggling to make sense of a world that feels unfamiliar

  • Longing for the person, relationship, or future you’ve lost

  • Wondering who you are now and how to move forward

  • Avoiding reminders of your loss—or feeling consumed by them

  • Feeling disconnected from others or like no one understands

  • Experiencing exhaustion, brain fog, or difficulty focusing

  • Questioning your beliefs, your purpose, or what matters most

  • Missing joy and wondering if it will ever return

Hope and healing are possible

Grief may always be part of your story, but it doesn’t have to define your every moment. In therapy, we’ll create a safe and gentle space where you can honor your experience at your own pace. Together, we can…

  • Honor your unique way of grieving without judgment

  • Explore the meaning of your loss and how it shapes your story

  • Find language and rituals that support healing and remembrance

  • Build tools for navigating overwhelming emotions and hard days

  • Reconnect with sources of strength, resilience, and support

  • Allow space for moments of peace or joy without guilt

  • Discover ways to carry your loss while still living fully

You don’t have to walk this path alone. I’ll be here with you, holding space for both your sorrow and your resilience as you find your way forward.

Grief Therapy

This is your time to pause and connect with yourself, to notice the shape grief takes in your life, whether through tears, memories, questions, or quiet. Together, we’ll honor both the depth of your sorrow and the strength that still lives within you, cultivating compassion and allowing space for what matters most to you as you navigate this tender part of your journey.
