Are you struggling with life transitions?

When change reshapes your life, it can feel unsettling and disorienting. You may be…

  • Feeling overwhelmed by the physical and emotional shifts of perimenopause

  • Struggling with identity as roles in family, work, or relationships evolve

  • Wondering who you are in this new stage of life

  • Longing for stability while everything around you feels in flux

  • Experiencing mood swings, fatigue, or changes in your body that leave you frustrated

  • Questioning your purpose or direction as priorities shift

  • Noticing old patterns or insecurities resurfacing under stress

  • Feeling isolated or misunderstood in what you are going through

  • Missing a sense of joy, ease, or confidence in yourself

Empowered Resilience is possible

Transitions can be disorienting, but they also hold the possibility of growth, wisdom, and new beginnings. In therapy, we’ll create a compassionate space where you can explore these changes with support and curiosity. Together, we can…

  • Honor the challenges of this season while also noticing its potential

  • Explore how shifting roles and identities impact your sense of self

  • Build tools for navigating mood changes, stress, and overwhelm

  • Reconnect with your body in supportive and compassionate ways

  • Identify what matters most to you now and how to align your life with it

  • Strengthen your ability to set boundaries and care for your needs

  • Cultivate resilience, self-compassion, and clarity as you move forward

  • Find renewed energy, meaning, and connection in this stage of life

You don’t have to navigate these changes alone. I’ll walk alongside you, helping you create steadiness and possibility in the midst of transition.

Perimenopause & Life Transitions Therapy

Change often arrives with both loss and possibility. Whether you are navigating perimenopause, adjusting to new roles in work or family, or facing the questions that arise in midlife, you may feel disoriented, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next. These seasons of transition can stir up old patterns, self-doubt, or grief for the version of life you thought you would have.

Together, we will create space to honor what feels tender and to explore the strengths and wisdom that are already within you. Therapy can help you reconnect with your body, cultivate compassion for yourself, and discover new ways of moving forward with clarity and steadiness. This work is not about rushing past the discomfort of change but about listening deeply to what is unfolding and finding your own grounded path through it.
